In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care. You will develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency, oversee financial management including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management, and lead, mentor, and support staff to foster a positive and collaborative work environment. You will ensure the team executes on strategic initiatives, providing guidance through regular management meetings, and translate the CEO's strategic goals into actionable plans to support long-term growth. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards, coordinate with medical providers for seamless service delivery, and facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization. You will direct and manage organizational projects, ensuring they are completed on time and aligned with the practice's goals. Identifying opportunities for growth and development, you will implement strategies to expand the practice's services and patient base, manage vendor relationships, and address patient concerns to ensure a high level of patient satisfaction. As the primary problem-solver, you will make decisions that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.

  • Identify opportunities for growth and development, and implement strategies to expand the practice's services and patient base.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.
  • Address patient concerns and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary problem-solver, making decisions that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in an outpatient setting.
  • Prior experience with Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) integration is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to handle and direct organizational projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and growing a healthcare practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in healthcare technology systems (EMR/EHR, practice management software).
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
