About the position

The Practice Administrator at Aayu Clinics is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the healthcare practice, ensuring efficient and effective management of both clinical and administrative functions. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the practice, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Manage budgeting and financial management processes to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to improve patient care and operational workflows.
• Implement and maintain systems for effective practice management, including scheduling, billing, and record-keeping.
• Monitor performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement in areas such as patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate communication between staff, patients, and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends, managed care policies, and changes in medical terminology relevant to the practice.
• Ensure adherence to protocols related to acute care services within the practice setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in practice management or a similar role within a healthcare setting, preferably in veterinary or hospital environments.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, fiscal management, and financial reporting processes.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare systems is essential.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with staff, patients, and external partners.
• Experience working within managed care frameworks is highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to achieve common goals.
