• Perform general front office duties as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and desktop publishing.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Nice-to-haves

• 1-year experience working in a dental office.
• Familiarity with dental/medical technology such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix Ascend.
• Billing experience and understanding of basic financial concepts.
