About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Practice Governance and Reporting Lead within the Auto Lending division of the Consumer Technology team. This role involves leading the design and development of innovative and complex technology and processes that have a companywide impact. The position requires strategic thinking to resolve significant challenges across cross-functional teams and deliver long-term solutions that require vision, creativity, and advanced analytical skills. The lead will also provide leadership and industry expertise in planning and execution of high-risk situations that influence business and financial operations, while serving as an authority advisor to experienced leaders and representing the company externally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of significantly changed, innovative, highly complex, strategic technology and processes with companywide impact.
• Lead the strategy and resolution of complex challenges across cross-functional teams.
• Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions that require vision, creativity, and advanced analytical thinking.
• Provide vision and leadership in planning and execution of high-risk situations that influence companywide operations.
• Lead project managers, subject matter experts, and managers across the company.
• Serve as an authority advisor to experienced leaders and represent the company externally when working with vendors.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, agile product owner experience, or equivalent.
• 5 years of Reporting, dashboards and metrics experience.
