About the position
The Practice Management Content Creator - Analyst at BlackRock is responsible for developing and enhancing content programs aimed at assisting financial advisors in growing their businesses and acquiring new clients. This role involves collaboration with various teams to create presentations, guides, and web content that support advisors in their practice management efforts, ultimately contributing to increased advisor loyalty and improved financial well-being for investors.
Responsibilities
- Partner with subject matter experts to build, improve and maintain content across various topics that help advisors streamline how they run their business and help them become better advisors to their clients
- Work closely with a broad cross-functional team to evolve the web presence and interconnectivity of our practice management content
- Build a strong understanding of the USWA business, broad wealth industry and industry dynamics
- Partner with team members and broader USWA to activate content and messaging via web, LinkedIn, virtual events, campaigns, partner firm partnerships and other venues
Requirements
- BA/BS required
- Strong presentation development skills; including PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills vital with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Ability to learn quickly, innovate, adapt, influence and lead projects
- Professional level of written and verbal communication skills required to prepare and discuss content for advisors and their clients
- Series 7 and 66 preferred
