Responsibilities

• Manage the administrative functions of designated outpatient practices.
• Supervise staff associates and support over 12 providers.
• Develop plans to achieve short and long-term goals, ensuring compliance with budgets.
• Administer business and financial functions of the practice.
• Build and maintain physician and community relations to enhance service delivery.
• Serve as a liaison with service lines and joint ventures within the clinic.
• Foster collaborative relationships with physicians and management team members.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a healthcare-related field, with at least 2 years in management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills in a small business context.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding key performance metrics.
• High School diploma or GED required.
