The Practice Manager at Lehi InstaCare is responsible for leading ambulatory care operations, ensuring excellence in patient and caregiver safety, quality assurance, patient experience, and financial stewardship. This role involves managing a team of caregivers and collaborating with physicians to foster a culture of accountability and teamwork. The Practice Manager also oversees budget management and supports ancillary services such as human resources and information systems.

  • Provide effective leadership for ambulatory care operations.
  • Create a culture of accountability and teamwork among staff.
  • Manage hiring, performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective actions.
  • Oversee financial stewardship and budget management.
  • Collaborate with 5 to 13 Physicians and/or APPs and 12-30 Caregivers across 1 to 4 clinics.
  • Lead and develop up to 3 direct reports.
  • Address issues raised by physicians, employees, and patients.
  • Leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to direct, supervise, and coach front office staff.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in word-processing and spreadsheets.
  • Experience managing a department budget.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 2 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
