Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the hospital to support the medical team.
• Interview, hire, and develop associates.
• Evaluate hospital processes, progress, and productivity.
• Train associates on educating clients about services and wellness plans.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital's financial health.
• Schedule associates and manage time off and continuing education needs.
• Educate associates on Banfield guidelines and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Three years of related experience in health care, veterinary profession, or service industry, including direct supervisory experience.
