About the position

The Practice Operations Specialist at Advanced Reconstructive Surgery Alliance (ARSA) plays a crucial role in facilitating the integration of systems, processes, and teams following mergers and acquisitions. This position requires a deep understanding of physician practice management and operational improvement, ensuring seamless transitions and enhancing organizational performance. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams and report to the Integrations Implementation Manager, focusing on improving the integration experience and overall efficiency of the practice.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Practice Administrative Team to support integration and connect resources to ARSA Corporate team.
  • Initiate and design consultative recommendations for successful integration and improved experience.
  • Collaborate with integrations leadership to define integration objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Use project management skills to track completion of tasks across multiple projects.
  • Develop project plans, success milestones, and communication cadence with the Integrations Implementation Manager.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments involved in the integration process.
  • Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve patient throughput, workflow, and process design.
  • Facilitate training boot camps for new employees on the ARSA practice management model.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance during the integration process.
  • Participate in identifying metrics to evaluate integration success and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular updates on integration progress for senior management.
  • Identify potential risks associated with integration initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in practice management, integration, project management, and/or operations.
  • Proven record of managing a surgical practice successfully.
  • Experience building relationships with Physicians and Administrative staff.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Planner and Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to take initiative and propose solutions in a fast-paced environment.
