Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum and State Pre-K requirements tailored to each child's needs.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to play and learn.
• Communicate and partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support the center's success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and community contacts.

Requirements

• Possess an active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC and state Pre-K candidacy requirements.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to engage in physical activity with children and maintain visual contact.
