About the position

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children. This role requires creativity, patience, and a strong understanding of early childhood education principles to effectively engage and inspire preschool-aged children.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education, physical education, and overall child welfare.
  • Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
  • Manage classroom activities and behavior to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Provide individualized support to children with special needs or learning challenges through tailored lesson planning and tutoring.
  • Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the child's educational journey.
  • Conduct regular assessments of children's progress in various developmental areas.
  • Collaborate with other educators to share best practices in early childhood education and childcare.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working in a preschool or childcare setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles, including literacy education and special education strategies.
  • Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to maintain a structured yet flexible learning environment.
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Commitment to fostering a nurturing environment that prioritizes child welfare.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and staff members.
