Responsibilities

• Delivering instruction, working with small groups or individuals
• Monitoring and assisting students in the classroom
• Supervision at recess and lunch
• Assisting students with problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Classroom management (including whole class on occasion)
• Supporting students' social-emotional growth
• Organizing and preparing materials and supplies
• Other duties of a supportive nature in the classroom or playground

Requirements

• 12 ECE units
• Background check
• First Aid/CPR training (school sponsored)
• Negative TB result
