About the position

Imprints Day School is seeking a dedicated full-time Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to join our team for the remainder of the 2023-2024 school year and transition into the following school year. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and the ability to create engaging lesson plans in a co-teaching environment with 22 children.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement weekly lesson plans based on center-wide themes.
• Communicate daily with parents regarding their child's progress and classroom activities.
• Utilize classroom iPads to email daily events to parents.
• Prepare progress reports every six months for each child.
• Participate in the year-end pre-kindergarten graduation ceremony.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 9 credits in Early Childhood Education or a child-related field.
• Completed New Hampshire Health and Safety training.
• First Aid & CPR certification.
• New Hampshire Fingerprints clearance.
• Experience in a center-based program.

Nice-to-haves

• Continuing education in Early Childhood Education.
• Child Development Associate Certification (preferred).
