About the position
Imprints Day School is seeking a dedicated full-time Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to join our team for the remainder of the 2023-2024 school year and transition into the following school year. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and the ability to create engaging lesson plans in a co-teaching environment with 22 children.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement weekly lesson plans based on center-wide themes.
- Communicate daily with parents regarding their child's progress and classroom activities.
- Utilize classroom iPads to email daily events to parents.
- Prepare progress reports every six months for each child.
- Participate in the year-end pre-kindergarten graduation ceremony.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 9 credits in Early Childhood Education or a child-related field.
- Completed New Hampshire Health and Safety training.
- First Aid & CPR certification.
- New Hampshire Fingerprints clearance.
- Experience in a center-based program.
Nice-to-haves
- Continuing education in Early Childhood Education.
- Child Development Associate Certification (preferred).
