About The Position

The Pre-Litigation Case Manager at Rainwater, Holt & Sexton, P.A. is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of pre-litigation cases in a personal injury law office. This role involves working closely with attorneys to ensure accurate and efficient handling of cases from inception to settlement, while providing exceptional customer service to clients and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Previous legal experience with personal injury, bankruptcy, social security, or workers' compensation claims (preferred).
• Excellent computer and typing skills.
• Ability to maintain knowledge of law firm policies and procedures.
• Strong urgency to provide above-and-beyond customer service.

Responsibilities

• Open new files for pre-litigation cases.
• Report claims to insurance companies.
• Place statutory lien holders on notice.
• Draft representation letters.
• Request police reports and order medical records.
• Assist with medical treatment and property damage claims.
