Pre-Litigation Attorney (PI)

About the position

Premier Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking an additional Attorney to join our busy, successful, team and work in Pre-Litigation. This Attorney will understand the Pre-Litigation stages of Personal Injury Law and be licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada in order to qualify for an interview.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Pre-Litigation stages of Personal Injury Law
• Supervise and approve demands written by Case Managers
• Negotiate settlements

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of PI experience on the Plaintiff side
• Experience in Demands and Negotiating Settlements
• Strong Analytical skills
• Excellent Negotiation skills
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada
