About the position

The Pre-Owned Sales Person at Dave Cross Motors is responsible for building relationships with customers and assisting them in selecting vehicles. This role emphasizes customer satisfaction and aims to create lifelong customers through excellent service and product knowledge. The position requires a proactive approach to sales and a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships & create customers for life.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be the vehicle expert, knowing the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology.
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
