About the position

The Pre-Planning Advisor Trainee (PPA) plays a crucial role in providing pre-need arrangements and services to families in a professional and caring manner. This position is designed for self-starters who are motivated to achieve their sales quotas by effectively networking and building relationships within the community. The PPA is expected to work both from home and in the field, engaging with client families to establish strong service relationships and generate referrals. The PPA will also be responsible for explaining and presenting the Dignity Memorial® Personal Planning Guide to families, ensuring that they understand the benefits of pre-planning. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as the PPA may need to work evenings and weekends to meet the needs of families and achieve sales targets. Building trust-based relationships with families is paramount, as the PPA must connect with them on a personal level, addressing their concerns and needs with genuine care. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional service that exceeds expectations, laying the groundwork for long-term relationships and future referrals. Collaboration with funeral directors and other staff members is also a key component, ensuring seamless service delivery from initial contact through aftercare and future planning.
