The Pre-Release Career Coach plays a vital role in supporting individuals transitioning from prison to society by facilitating education and employment training within a correctional facility. Building a trusting relationship with participants is crucial, as it facilitates a smoother transition to post-release services. The Career Coach will also document participant interactions, progress, and challenges in an electronic record system, ensuring accurate tracking of each participant's journey.
