About the position
The Pre Sales Engineering Manager at AHEAD is responsible for the day-to-day management of the TOLA Sales Team, focusing on driving sales and revenue while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role involves working closely with the Director of Sales, presenting AHEAD's value proposition to customers, and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance. The manager will also facilitate key relationships with strategic partners and oversee the sales process from planning to execution.
Responsibilities
- Present AHEAD value proposition to customer and strategic partners
- Lead activities to assist account teams in developing and implementing sales plans to achieve or exceed goals
- Source and identify the proper support to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Position Executive / Technical Briefings and Lab Demonstrations with customers and partners to showcase AHEAD's value
- Recruit, build, mentor, and motivate team resources
- Provide coaching and professional development to team resources to enhance their solution knowledge, technical acumen, and pre-sales skill sets
- Establish key relationships with strategic partners to maximize sales performance
- Facilitate Solution Verification / BOM Review Process
- Ensure Project Transition / Closure process is completed
- Drive sales meetings and quarterly business reviews
- Resolve escalations and collaborate with the management team to develop efficiencies with internal processes
- Align with Practice Managers to develop new solutions and offerings and execute in the field
