About the position

The Pre-Sales Representative at Sigma is responsible for providing high-quality customer service and building strong customer relationships to meet or exceed sales objectives. This role involves scheduling in-store appointments, managing product placements, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Schedule regular in-store appointments to increase product sales.
• Negotiate new product placement, specials, increased shelf space, and increased volume.
• Complete order process and scheduling, ensuring proper placement and timely communication of customer commitments.
• Coordinate and set up advertising and in-store promotions in collaboration with management.
• Obtain proper authorization and signatures from customers for promotional agreements.
• Maintain store shelf standards and inventory through various merchandising strategies.
• Coordinate with management to schedule in-store brand representatives to sell/promote products.
• Provide feedback to Sales Management regarding quality of service and deliveries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve inventory billing adjustments and reconciliation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of sales experience.
• Fully fluent in Spanish and English.
