Responsibilities

• Follow up with incoming leads to qualify interest.
• Set up calls with the Account Executive team.
• Engage in proactive prospecting to find new accounts.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to build relationships with clients.
• Maintain strong communication with potential clients.

Requirements

• Outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated and inquisitive with a desire to help clients solve business challenges.
• A genuine thirst for knowledge and ambition to improve skills.
• A degree or at least 2 years of inbound sales/office experience.
• Comfortable with prospecting and following up on leads.
• Good problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Spanish speaking ability to assist in growing the LATAM market.
