About the position

Burnetti, P.A. has been serving the injured people of Florida for 30 years and we are seeking a full-time Experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager with experience managing pre-suit auto accident, slip and fall, and general personal injury cases in our St. Petersburg office. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Bilingual candidates are preferred, particularly those who speak Spanish. The role requires a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively, demonstrate critical thinking, and maintain attention to detail and accuracy. Dependability and reliability are essential traits for success in this position. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Experience with Needles (Neos) software is a plus. The salary for this position is commensurate with experience, with a range of $45,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year. Tobacco and nicotine users need not apply.

Responsibilities

  • Manage pre-suit auto accident, slip and fall, and general personal injury cases.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely case management.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office 365 and Needles (Neos) software for case documentation and communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all cases handled.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders regarding case status and requirements.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Case Manager is required.
  • High School Diploma and/or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred or comparable work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Critical thinking and attention to detail are essential.
  • Dependable and reliable work ethic.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
  • Experience with Needles (Neos) software is a plus.
