About the position

The Preboarding Specialist at INTEGRIS Health is a vital role within the Physician Enterprise Staff Services team, responsible for coordinating screening and regulatory compliance activities for new hires and transfers. This position ensures a smooth and positive preboarding experience for applicants while supporting the Recruiting Team and Shared Service Center in various HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all screening and regulatory compliance activities for new physician and app hires, transfers, and miscellaneous non-employees.
• Assist and track applicants to ensure they progress efficiently through the screening process.
• Provide support to the Recruiting Team and Shared Service Center in various HR program operations.

Requirements

• Associates degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field; OR 2 years of human resources, recruiting, or clerical experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
