About the position
Tradesmen International is seeking experienced Precision Mechanical Millwrights for first shift projects in Sheboygan Falls, WI. This role offers a competitive pay rate of up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. The position provides an opportunity for skilled professionals to enhance their abilities while working with accomplished Craft Professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assemble basic parts or units and attach them to assembly, subassembly, or frame using hand tools and power tools.
- Inspect, test, and adjust completed units to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances.
- Connect electrical wiring according to basic circuit diagrams.
- Measure parts to determine tolerances using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
- Read blueprints and specifications to determine component parts and assembly sequence of electromechanical units.
- Read hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics and diagrams.
- File, lap, and buff parts to fit using hand tools and power tools.
Requirements
- Must have own tools.
- Must be able to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
