About the position

These companies are known for their extensive range of services and expertise across various sectors of the construction industry, including Healthcare, Education, Multi-Family, Hospitality, and Industrial projects. They typically handle projects valued between $10 million and $60 million, emphasizing the importance of client relationship building and repeat business. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in commercial construction, with a proven track record of managing ground-up projects of at least $10 million from inception to completion. Requirements

  • Proven work history with a Commercial General Contractor.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • Practical experience in project management.
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
