They typically handle projects valued between $10 million and $60 million, emphasizing the importance of client relationship building and repeat business. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in commercial construction, with a proven track record of managing ground-up projects of at least $10 million from inception to completion. Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing commercial construction ground-up projects valued at $10 million or larger.
• Proven work history with a Commercial General Contractor.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Practical experience in project management.
• Excellent people skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
