About the position

The Preconstruction Coordinator at Quality Poured Concrete LLC plays a crucial role in the bidding process for large commercial structural and site concrete projects. This position involves setting up and distributing necessary documents, coordinating with the Preconstruction Team, and ensuring a smooth transition of sold work to the Project Management Team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Preconstruction Team with plan and specification distribution.
• File estimates, schedules, and coordinate projects.
• Solicit and follow-up with status of bid proposals from in-house estimator and subcontractors.
• Maintain and expand shared file system and set up initial project folder for bidding.
• Call subcontractors to ensure bid coverage and timely execution of bids.
• Update, organize, and keep track of bid log management spreadsheet.
• Assist with additional tasks and errands as needed by the Preconstruction or Project Management Team.
