Premier Banker

About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Premier Banker to participate in the Branch Banking Licensed Banker licensing program. This is a temporary position until the employee successfully completes licensing requirements. Upon completion, the employee will transition to the Senior Branch Premier Banker role, focusing on acquiring new affluent customers and deepening existing relationships through proactive outreach and financial advising.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Branch Banking Licensed Banker licensing program.
• Proactively acquire new affluent consumer and small business customers.
• Review and analyze moderately complex customer concerns for resolution.
• Advise customers on financial options and services.
• Maintain knowledge of Wells Fargo's banking, credit, and investment solutions.
• Identify client needs for business, mortgage, retirement, and investment services.
• Manage risks by adhering to policies and compliance regulations.
• Collect and analyze customer information to develop customized financial plans.
• Build relationships with branch colleagues and affluent customers.
• Exercise independent judgment in managing client relationships.

Requirements

• 4+ years of customer service experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Ability to work holidays and weekends.
• Compliance with state law registration and licensing requirements.
