About the position

The position involves working closely with customers to understand their business requirements related to Motorola Solutions' applications. The role encompasses various responsibilities including system provisioning, UI customization, training, and support for MSI PremierOne CAD and Mobile. The individual will be responsible for the setup and installation of technical systems, ensuring effective data mapping and transfer, and providing training to client users. Additionally, the role includes testing and troubleshooting installed systems, documenting technical issues, and providing feedback for product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Understand comprehensive business requirements related to MSI applications.
• Document requirements and provide implementation support.
• Customize user interfaces and conduct training for MSI PremierOne CAD and Mobile.
• Conduct Business Process Reviews (BPR) and provide Go Live support.
• Set up and install technical systems and applications for clients.
• Manage initial access, map and transfer data, and create process documentation.
• Train or coordinate training for client users.
• Test and troubleshoot functionality of installed systems.
• Identify and document technical issues for escalation to product and system integration teams.
• Provide feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams.

Requirements

• Technical expertise in ESRI, SSRS Reporting, PremierOne, or Flex Applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for responding to RFPs and migration quotes.
• Ability to independently manage large and complex projects.
• Experience in creating and delivering customized training (both remote and onsite).
• Proficiency in executing, creating, reviewing, and modifying ATPs.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) on PremierOne or Flex; CAD, RMS, ESRI, or SSRS products.
• SME on client installation of MSI products.
• SME on UCR (NIBRS or SRS).
• Ability to produce and deliver Business Process Reviews.
• Lead and organize resources on complex projects.
• Identify and mitigate risks, communicating them to management.
• Create formal documentation for peers.
• Train and mentor new employees.
• Act as the primary point of contact for application-related issues.
• Work with Product Management to communicate enhancement requests.
• Ability to provide all required customer training without assistance.
• Must be able to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contract.
