About the position

The PremierOne CAD/Mobile Application Specialist at Motorola Solutions is responsible for understanding and implementing comprehensive business requirements related to MSI applications. This role involves system provisioning, UI customization, training, and providing go-live support for clients. The specialist will work closely with customers to ensure successful setup and installation of technical systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide feedback for product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Understand comprehensive business requirements related to MSI applications.
• Document requirements, implement solutions, verify functionality, and provide training and support.
• Perform system provisioning and UI customization for MSI PremierOne CAD and Mobile.
• Conduct Business Process Reviews (BPR) and provide go-live support.
• Set up and install technical systems and applications for clients.
• Manage initial access, map and transfer data, and create process documentation.
• Train or coordinate training for client users on installed systems.
• Test and troubleshoot functionality of installed systems, documenting technical issues for escalation.
• Provide feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams.
• Lead and organize resources on complex projects and identify and mitigate risks.

Requirements

• Technical expertise in ESRI, SSRS Reporting, PremierOne, or Flex Applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for responding to RFPs and assisting in migration quotes.
• Ability to work independently on large and complex projects.
• Experience in creating and delivering customized training, both remote and onsite.
• Proficiency in executing, creating, reviewing, and modifying Acceptance Test Plans (ATP).
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) on PremierOne or Flex; CAD, RMS, ESRI, or SSRS products.
• SME on client installation of MSI products and UCR (NIBRS or SRS).
• Ability to produce and deliver Business Process Reviews.
• Experience in training and mentoring new employees.
• Primary point of contact for application-related issues.
• Ability to communicate enhancement requests to Product Management.
• Must be able to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contract.
