About the position

The PremierOne CAD/Mobile Application Specialist at Motorola Solutions is responsible for understanding and documenting comprehensive business requirements related to MSI applications. This role involves system provisioning, UI customization, training, and providing go-live support for clients. The specialist will work directly with clients to manage data transfer, create process documentation, and ensure the functionality of installed systems, while also providing feedback for product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Understand and document comprehensive business requirements for MSI applications.
• Perform system provisioning and UI customization for clients.
• Conduct training for MSI PremierOne CAD and Mobile applications.
• Provide go-live support and assist clients with initial access and data mapping.
• Test and troubleshoot functionality of installed systems, documenting technical issues for escalation.
• Provide feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams.
• Create and deliver customized training, both remote and onsite.
• Lead and organize resources on complex projects, identifying and mitigating risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Public Safety, Business Analysis, Field Service, CAD, Record Management Systems, or Jail Applications.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on large and complex projects.
• Technical expertise in ESRI, SSRS Reporting, PremierOne, or Flex Applications.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with client installation of MSI products.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) on PremierOne or Flex; CAD, RMS, ESRI, or SSRS products.
• Ability to produce and deliver Business Process Review.
