About the position

The position involves working closely with customers to understand their business requirements related to Motorola Solutions Inc. (MSI) applications. The role encompasses various responsibilities including system provisioning, UI customization, training on MSI PremierOne CAD and Mobile, conducting business process reviews, and providing go-live support. The individual will be responsible for the setup and installation of technical systems and applications, ensuring that clients can effectively utilize the technology and business process solutions provided by MSI.

Responsibilities

• Understand comprehensive business requirements related to MSI applications.
• Document requirements, implement solutions, verify functionality, and provide training and support.
• Manage system provisioning and UI customization for clients.
• Conduct business process reviews and provide go-live support.
• Set up and install technical systems and applications for clients.
• Map and transfer data, create process documentation, and train client users.
• Test and troubleshoot functionality of installed systems, documenting technical issues for escalation.
• Provide feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Public Safety, Business Analysis, Field Service, CAD, Record Management Systems, or Jail Applications.
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contracts.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.

Nice-to-haves

• Technical expertise in ESRI, SSRS Reporting, PremierOne, or Flex Applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for responding to RFPs and migration quotes.
• Ability to work independently on large/complex projects.
• Experience in creating and delivering customized training (remote and onsite).
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) on PremierOne or Flex; CAD, RMS, ESRI, or SSRS products.
• Experience in client installation of MSI products.
• Ability to produce and deliver Business Process Reviews.
• Experience in leading and organizing resources on complex projects.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks and communicate them to management.
