About the position

The PremierOne CAD/Mobile Application Specialist at Motorola Solutions is responsible for understanding and implementing comprehensive business requirements related to MSI applications. This role involves system provisioning, UI customization, training, and providing go-live support for clients. The specialist will work closely with customers to ensure successful installation and functionality of technical systems, while also providing training and documentation to enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand comprehensive business requirements related to MSI applications.
• Document requirements, implement solutions, verify functionality, and provide training and support.
• Perform system provisioning and UI customization for MSI PremierOne CAD and Mobile.
• Conduct Business Process Reviews (BPR) and provide go-live support.
• Manage initial access, map and transfer data, and create process documentation for clients.
• Test and troubleshoot functionality of installed systems, documenting technical issues for escalation.
• Provide feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for improvements.
• Create and deliver customized training for clients, both remote and onsite.
• Lead and organize resources on complex projects, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Train and mentor new employees, serving as the primary point of contact for application-related issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Public Safety, Business Analysis, Field Service, CAD, Record Management Systems, or Jail Applications.
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contracts.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.

Nice-to-haves

• Technical expertise in ESRI, SSRS Reporting, PremierOne, or Flex Applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for responding to RFPs and migration quotes.
• Ability to work independently on large and complex projects.
• Experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on PremierOne or Flex, CAD, RMS, ESRI, or SSRS products.
• Experience in client installation of MSI products and UCR (NIBRS or SRS).
• Ability to produce and deliver Business Process Reviews.
