About the position

The PremierOne CAD/Mobile Application Specialist role involves working closely with customers to understand their business requirements related to Motorola Solutions' applications. This position encompasses various tasks including requirements documentation, implementation, verification, training, and ongoing support for the PremierOne CAD and Mobile applications. The specialist will also conduct business process reviews, system provisioning, UI customization, and provide go-live support to ensure successful application deployment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process reviews (BPR) to understand customer needs.
• Document requirements and assist in system provisioning.
• Customize user interfaces for the PremierOne CAD and Mobile applications.
• Provide training to clients on the use of MSI PremierOne CAD and Mobile applications.
• Support clients during the go-live phase of application implementation.
• Manage initial access for clients and assist in data mapping and transfer.
• Create process documentation for client users.
• Test and troubleshoot the functionality of installed systems.
• Identify and document technical issues for escalation to product and system integration teams.
• Provide feedback to product and professional services teams for improvements.

Requirements

• High School diploma or College Degree in Business, Criminal Justice, IT, Management, or Technology.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Public Safety, Field Service, CAD, Record Management Systems, or Jail Applications.
• Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
