Responsibilities
- Individually schedule appointments with clients to conduct premium audits and obtain necessary information.
- Submit audit reports via web-portal and AFIRM's exclusive premium auditing software.
- Contact clients and communicate via phone, email, and face-to-face discussions.
- Examine commercial businesses' payroll and tax records.
- Evaluate operational practices.
- Adhere to customer requirements and quality standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
Requirements
- Must live in the geographic area advertised.
- Strong customer service and people skills are essential.
- Numbers-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to use deductive reasoning to find solutions.
Nice-to-haves
- Accounting or bookkeeping experience is helpful but not required.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a huge plus.
- Premium Audit experience is not required as training is provided.
