Responsibilities

• Manage premium and billing applications, ensuring all information is complete and accurate.
• Research discrepancies and troubleshoot issues related to premium and billing.
• Monitor premium and billing processes to ensure proper completion and balancing of expenses.
• Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders, adapting to their needs for a positive experience.
• Manage premium and billing cases according to established procedures and departmental standards.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as necessary.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance team performance.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• 0 - 1+ years of experience in billing, premium, and/or reconciliation.

Nice-to-haves

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt as needed.
• Comfort with contract language and ability to articulate provisions.
