About the position

As a Premium Research and Data Administrator at Procore Technologies, you will play a crucial role in our Premium Data Collection team, focusing on ensuring the accuracy and completeness of construction project data. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a customer-centric environment. Your primary responsibility will be to research and collect project information from various construction databases and communicate with construction companies across the nation to fill in any missing data. This role requires a unique blend of analytical skills and effective communication, as you will be interacting with customers and construction professionals through phone calls and emails to gather necessary information. In this position, you will be tasked with searching for property information using online county websites and other internal and external tools. You will also be responsible for updating job information in our database through data entry, correcting inaccuracies, and filling in gaps based on customer data. The work is deadline-driven, and you will need to prioritize tasks according to our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with customers. Your ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency while communicating effectively will be key to your success in this role. We are looking for a proactive team member who is not afraid to tackle challenges head-on. You should possess strong attention to detail and be able to work at a quick and efficient pace. The ideal candidate will enjoy thinking on their feet and maintaining a customer service perspective in every interaction.
