About the position

The Premium Ticket Operations Coordinator at Crypto.com Arena is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Ticket Operations department. This role involves managing ticket orders, processing payments, and assisting with game day operations, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and guests during events. The coordinator will work both during regular office hours and event hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support the operations of one of the busiest venues in the world.

Responsibilities

  • Process tasks and ticket orders using ticketing software.
  • Manage and track payments and payment plans for contracted event suites and Hyde clientele.
  • Communicate with sales and services team representatives to provide payment updates.
  • Work game day operations for home games and special events, troubleshooting as necessary.
  • Prepare deposit reports and other reports as needed.
  • Assist in building Crypto Arena and Peacock Theater offers for the Premium Events Team.
  • Identify and suggest processing efficiencies for sales and ticket operations.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or its equivalency (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
  • 2-4 years of related work experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to learn required business systems.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, and a quick learner.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced operation and under time constraints.
  • Ability to handle large sums of money utilizing prescribed cash management controls.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and solve problems quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong guest and client service capabilities.
  • Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system.
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with AXS ticketing software or any other ticketing software.
  • Background in Sports/Entertainment/Hospitality industry.
