About the position
The Prepared Foods Department Supervisor at Whole Foods Market - Johns Creek is responsible for leading and managing the Prepared Foods team to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient department operations. This role involves supervising team members, training staff, and maintaining high standards in product presentation and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and delegate tasks to Prepared Foods Team Members.
- Train Team Members to build and sustain a high-performance team.
- Maintain awareness of customer flows and needs, directing Team Members as necessary.
- Ensure all cases and shelves are clean, well-stocked, and properly rotated.
- Open and close the department according to established procedures.
Requirements
- 12+ months of retail experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
- Capable of teaching others in a positive and constructive manner.
- Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications.
