About the position

As a prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associate, you will be responsible for preparing fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes and ensuring the rotisserie chicken is always warm and ready. Your role will also involve wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to guarantee that our members have access to the freshest items for their families. You will need to manage multiple tasks efficiently while assisting members with their bakery orders, contributing to a positive shopping experience with your friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food items daily according to recipes.
• Ensure high-quality products are available in the prepared foods area.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
• Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food items.
• Adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate other associates on tasks and resources.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper handling of claims and returns.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with fresh food preparation.
• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification.
