About the position

The Preroll & Sift Technician II is responsible for assisting in the operations of preroll manufacturing and infusion equipment, ensuring high-quality production of prerolls while delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves operating machinery, conducting quality control checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and employees.
• Deliver a Five Star Experience by adhering to service standards.
• Assist with the operations of preroll manufacturing and infusion equipment.
• Complete daily production tasks set by the Preroll & Sift Lead or Manufacturing Manager.
• Operate the pre-roll machine and conduct quality control checks on each pre-roll before packaging.
• Keep all strains organized and labeled accordingly.
• Perform visual quality control inspections of flower product.
• Load the pre-roll machine with supplies to minimize waste.
• Weigh, pack, fold, tub, and band tubs for each strain until completed.
• Produce top-tier quality prerolls in various sizes as directed.
• Transfer finished products to designated racks for labeling.
• Assist in preroll production processes such as operating PR-200, PR-Line, and Infusion Sprayer.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment daily.

Requirements

• Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Experience in operating manufacturing equipment, particularly preroll machines.
• Knowledge of quality control processes in production.
• Ability to organize and label products accurately.
• Strong attention to detail in visual inspections.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the cannabis industry.
• Familiarity with infusion equipment.
