- Create and maintain relationships with parents through daily interactions and communication.
- Uphold the rules and regulations regarding children's care, health, and safety.
- Foster an engaging work environment by collaborating with co-workers.
Requirements
- 1 year of prior experience in childcare.
- Post-secondary school degree.
- Strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Valid Child Development Associate Certification.
