About the position
Crme de la Crme is seeking passionate and dedicated Preschool Daycare Teachers to join our vibrant team at our Frisco location. We are looking to fill openings in our 2s and 3s classrooms, as well as positions for Spanish and Music Enrichment teachers. Our unique curriculum emphasizes frequent classroom rotations, which allows for lower student-to-teacher ratios, ensuring that each child receives the attention they deserve. As a teacher, you will work alongside Primary and Enrichment Teachers in specialized classrooms that include a Foreign Language Library (offering Spanish, ASL, and Mandarin), a Culinary Arts Kitchen, a Gardening area, a STEAM and Robotics Lab, and an Art Studio. Our facilities also feature multiple play areas, including Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts, a Soccer Field, and even a Bowling Alley, providing children with ample opportunities for both learning and fun. Responsibilities
- Teach and supervise children in the 2s and 3s classrooms.
- Implement the Crme de la Crme curriculum, including classroom rotations.
- Collaborate with Primary and Enrichment Teachers to provide a well-rounded educational experience.
- Engage children in various activities in specialized classrooms such as the Culinary Arts Kitchen and STEAM Lab.
- Support children's learning and development through play and structured activities.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all students.
Requirements
- Valid Child Development Associate Certification (CDA) or willingness to obtain one.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children and parents.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators.
Nice-to-haves
