About the position

We are seeking a dynamic Preschool or Elementary School Teacher / Educator to join our growing team at MarcoPolo Learning. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners in Tampa, ensuring their success from onboarding through renewal. The ideal candidate will possess a sales mindset and a passion for education, working remotely while regularly visiting customers in the Tampa area. The position may require working outside of regular business hours, including some nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with strategic partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, needs, and issues.
• Conduct regular onsite check-ins with our partners to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Design and implement an effective onboarding process for new partners.
• Execute a partner success strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities for growth and collaboration with partners.
• Provide comprehensive training and resources to partners to maximize their success with our products.
• Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Analyze partner data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Generate detailed reports on partner success metrics.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive partner strategies.
• Aid in solving customer support issues across the entire customer base.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
• 3+ years of prior experience as a preschool or elementary school teacher, preferably within a public school.
• Fluency in Spanish, written and spoken.
• Proven track record of initiative, hustle, grit, self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret partner data.
• World-class communication, networking and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with project management tools and techniques.
• Comfort in making outreach telephone calls to engage providers and teachers.
