About the position

The Preschool Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that children receiving services through the Preschool Department receive high-quality support that meets all regulatory expectations. This position involves collaboration with various managers and case managers to maintain service standards and address any issues that arise during the service delivery process.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal case audits and parent surveys to ensure quality assurance.
  • Enter, update, and maintain data from various source documents, reviewing for deficiencies or errors.
  • Review and analyze reports to ensure consistent service provision and provide weekly updates to the Program Director.
  • Monitor therapist productivity to ensure approved services are consistently provided and communicate concerns to the appropriate manager.
  • Troubleshoot issues that may arise throughout the life of a case.
  • Ensure all cases comply with state and county regulations.
  • Provide coverage and assistance to the Preschool Department as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
  • At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in an office setting.
  • Proven ability to meet daily and/or weekly performance goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to set priorities and goals.
  • Experience working both in a team and independently.
