About the position

The Preschool Project Coordinator at Achieve Beyond is responsible for ensuring quality assurance in service delivery for children with special needs. This role involves data management, monitoring therapist productivity, and compliance with state and county regulations. The coordinator will work closely with the Program Director and assist the Preschool Department as needed, contributing to the organization's mission of supporting children's development.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal case audits and parent surveys to ensure quality assurance.
  • Enter, update, and maintain data from various source documents, reviewing for deficiencies or errors.
  • Review and analyze reports to ensure consistent service provision and provide weekly updates to the Program Director.
  • Monitor therapist productivity to ensure approved services are consistently provided and communicate concerns to management.
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise throughout the life of a case.
  • Ensure all cases meet state and county regulations.
  • Provide coverage and assistance to the Preschool Department as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
  • At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in an office setting.
  • Proven ability to meet daily and/or weekly performance goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to set priorities and goals.
  • Experience working both in a team and independently.
