Responsibilities
- Assist the teaching team in maintaining a safe and orderly learning environment.
- Provide emotional and physical care for students aged 1-3.
- Implement lesson plan-based programs using the Little Ivy approaches.
- Support the lead teacher in delivering educational activities and care.
- Engage with children in a positive and patient manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience working with young children (ages 1-3) is preferred.
- Ability to lift children and change diapers.
Nice-to-haves
- Child Development Associate Certification (CDA) certification is a plus.
- Experience as a babysitter, nanny, or summer camp counselor.
