About the position

The Preschool Teacher Assistant will support the lead teacher in creating a safe and nurturing environment for young children. This role involves developing lesson plans, providing individualized instruction, and fostering children's growth and development in an early childhood education setting.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that are age-appropriate and meet the needs of the children.
• Observe and assess the development of children in the classroom.
• Communicate with parents about their child's progress.
• Encourage children to explore and discover new things.
• Provide guidance to children on appropriate behavior and social skills.

Requirements

• Valid Teaching Certification license.
• Valid Child Development Associate Certification certification.
• Experience in Teaching.
