Requirements

• Proven experience as a Preschool Teacher or ECE Specialist
• Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods
• Excellent communication and instructional skills
• BS/BA in education, ECE, or relevant field
• 2+ years of teaching experience

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a developmentally appropriate and creative program that's engaging for a 4 year old.
• Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.).
• Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem and confidence.
• Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers or colors, do crafts etc.).
• Track children's progress and report to parents.
• Collaborate with other educators/team members.
