Preschool Teacher Infant/Toddler

About the position

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children. This role requires a strong understanding of childhood development principles and the ability to effectively communicate with both children and their families.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Assess children's progress through standardized testing and observational methods, providing feedback to parents on their child's development.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to support children's individual needs, including early intervention strategies when necessary.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns related to child welfare.
• Supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
