About the position

As a Preschool Teacher at Celebree School™, you will create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for preschool-aged children. Your role is to implement educational experiences that align with Celebree's mission and values, while also supporting the growth of classroom aides. This position emphasizes the importance of fostering curiosity and exploration among young learners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative and developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Integrate language-rich activities, storytelling, and early literacy experiences into daily routines.
• Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the classroom environment.
• Establish open and ongoing communication with parents.

Requirements

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children.
• Knowledge of childcare licensing requirements.
• Ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Patience and flexibility.
